This policy explains how getmoreforyourtrade.com collects, uses, and shares information when you request a vehicle appraisal or use this website.

Information we collect

We collect the information you choose to provide, including vehicle details, VIN when provided, mileage, condition, title and loan status, notes, preferred appraisal location, name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, contact preference, and consent choices. We may also collect basic technical and campaign information such as the page visited and UTM campaign parameters.

How we use information

We use information to review and respond to your appraisal request, route it to the location you selected, confirm a visit, prepare for the vehicle review, prevent abuse, maintain records, measure website and campaign performance, and improve the experience. We use optional marketing consent only when you select it.

How information is shared

Your request may be shared with the participating vehicle-buying location you select and with service providers that support website hosting, data storage, communications, security, analytics, and advertising measurement. We do not sell your personal information for money. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

Calls, texts, and email

When you submit a request and consent to contact, you authorize follow-up about that request using the methods you provide. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may reply STOP to opt out of text messages or ask the responding team to stop a particular method of contact. Optional marketing messages require the separate optional selection.

Retention and security

We retain request information only as long as reasonably needed for appraisal, customer-service, recordkeeping, legal, fraud-prevention, and measurement purposes. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

Essential storage supports site security, saved privacy preferences, and appraisal-request operation. For visitors detected in the United States, this site uses its own Google Analytics 4 property to measure pages and non-identifying appraisal interactions after displaying a cookie notice. Advertising storage remains off unless you allow it. In locations where affirmative consent is required, analytics and advertising remain off until you choose to allow them. Form fields, VINs, license plates, names, email addresses, and phone numbers are not sent to Google Analytics.

You can reopen Privacy choices at any time to change these settings. A browser Global Privacy Control signal is honored as an opt-out of sale, sharing, profiling, and advertising cookies. No advertising tag is configured in this release.

Your choices
