These terms govern your use of this website and the getmoreforyourtrade.com vehicle-appraisal request service.

Online requests are not offers

Information submitted online is used to prepare for an appraisal. It is not a guaranteed value, purchase commitment, or final offer. Any final written offer is determined by the participating buyer after verifying the vehicle, VIN, mileage, equipment, condition, history, ownership, title, and payoff information.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current information and to submit only a vehicle you own or are authorized to discuss. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful content, or use automated systems to overwhelm the service.

Offer changes and eligibility

A value may change or a vehicle may be declined if the in-person review differs from submitted information, if ownership or title cannot be verified, if the vehicle has undisclosed damage or history, or if legal, safety, market, or business requirements are not met. Offers, when made, may have an expiration time stated in the written offer.

No purchase requirement

You do not have to purchase another vehicle to request or consider an offer. If you accept a written offer, payment, title transfer, loan payoff, possession, and other transaction terms will be provided by the purchasing location. Check pickup is not guaranteed at appraisal time and is arranged only after all required transaction, ownership, title, payoff, and verification steps are complete.

Third-party services and locations

Participating appraisal locations and service providers may have additional terms, privacy notices, hours, identity requirements, and transaction procedures. This website may link to third-party services; their content and availability are not controlled by this site.

Disclaimers and limitation

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties are disclaimed and liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages is limited. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
